All records, booking photos (mugshots), warrant dates, and offense descriptions published on this website are collected directly from publicly accessible electronic databases provided by official government agencies under federal FOIA statutes and respective state public disclosure laws (including Texas Public Information Act, Florida Sunshine Law, California Public Records Act, etc.).

3. Presumption of Innocence:
An active warrant is an official directive or notice indicating that formal charges or allegations have been filed by a prosecutor, grand jury, or magistrate. An active warrant is NOT an indication of guilt. Under the United States Constitution and state laws, every named individual is strictly presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of competent jurisdiction.

County Active Warrants is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined under 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. (the Fair Credit Reporting Act). You are strictly prohibited from using information obtained from this site to determine an individual's eligibility for personal credit, insurance, employment, tenancy, licensing, or any other transaction covered under the FCRA.
